TCS retains 10th spot among global BPM providers in 2021

According to Everest Group, TCS has retained its tenth position among the top global BPM (business process management) providers in 2021. The ranking is based on a composite score of revenue (more than US$ 3 billion for TCS) and revenue growth (14-16% over 2020).
In terms of revenue, the top five BPM players were ADP, Teleperformance, Accenture, Concentrix, and Sitel Group. Tech Mahindra, Telus International, Majorel, Teleperformance, and Comdata were the top five fastest-growing companies YoY. Infosys, Wipro, and Tech Mahindra's BPM businesses were ranked 20, 21, and 22, respectively, with revenue of US$ 1.3 billion, US$1.4-1.5 billion, and US$ 675 million.
In 2021, the top 50 providers added US$ 11.8 billion in incremental revenue, an eightfold increase over 2020. The top ten providers contributed roughly 60% of total incremental revenue, while providers ranked 11 to 50 and added more than US$ 5 billion in revenue in 2021.
