Hero MotoCorp makes its debut in Italy

Hero MotoCorp, the world’s largest two-wheeler manufacturer, has officially entered the Italian market, marking its presence in the 49th international territory. The company plans to leverage its advanced Research and Development (R&D) facilities in Germany and India to offer sustainable and smart mobility solutions tailored to global rider preferences. Initial distribution will be managed by Pelpi International, one of Italy’s leading two-wheeler distributors, with 36 dealers across key cities, set to expand to 54 in the near term.
Executive Vice President of Hero MotoCorp, Mr. Sanjay Bhan, highlighted the company’s aim to bring ‘Limitless Freedom and Limitless Adventure’ to Italian riders through products reflecting both the Explorer and Liberator spirit, backed by Hero MotoCorp’s Dakar Rally engineering expertise. Managing Director of Pelpi International, Mr. Cesare Galli, emphasized the brand’s quality, global scale, and five-year warranty, noting that models like the Hunk 440 and Xpulse 200 address key competitive segments. The partnership will focus on delivering a seamless customer experience through a strong sales and service network.
