In December 2023, Tata-owned Rallis India launched NAYAZINC fertilizer. In July 2023, Tata Chemicals acquired 97,00,000 equity shares of its subsidiary Rallis India at Rs. 215 (US$ 2.60) a share representing 4.99% of the paid-up share capital of Rallis. In June 2023, Rallis India Limited showcased its state-of-the-art digital agriculture initiative called, Drishti and its application for monitoring hybrid seed production farms during the three-day meeting of the Agriculture Ministers under the Agriculture Working Group (AWG) of the G-20 countries in Hyderabad. In April 2023, Rallis India Limited received the Bronze Award at the 47th Chemexcil Exports Awards, hosted by the Chemicals Export Promotion Council (Chemexcil), for its export performance in the category of large-scale manufacturers in 2018-19. In January 2023, Rallis, and Garuda Aerospace sign MoU for drone use in agriculture. As per the MoU, Rallis India will supply pesticides and crop nutrients to Garuda Aerospace for a pilot demonstration and spraying of pesticides over farms through drones mainly in the state of Maharashtra and Andhra Pradesh. |
